ENRC Non-Executives Resign Following Eurasian Resources Offer Becoming Unconditional

LONDON (Alliance News) - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC said Friday that non-executive Directors Gerhard Ammann, Richard Burrows, Mohsen Khalil, Roderick Thomson and Terence Wilkinson had resigned.

This morning, an offer for ENRC from Eurasian Resources Group B.V became unconditional.
