Electra Private Equity Sells Stake In Daler-Rowney For GBP32 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - Electra Private Equity PLC on Thursday said it has sold its interest in fine art materials producer Daler-Rowney to the FILA Group, receiving proceeds of around GBP32 million.

Electra said the GBP32 million equates to an uplift of GBP20 million on the valuation of Daler-Rowney on September 30 last year, implying an increase in net asset value per share of almost 41 pence for Electra.
