Ediston Property Investment Co To Issue 40 Million Shares (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ediston Property Investment Company PLC on Wednesday said it is to issue 40 million new shares at 108.0 pence each under its placing programme.

The placing programme will be in place until June 22, 2016, with the company could issue up to 150 million new shares in total under the programme, including Wednesday's initial placing and offer.

The company's unaudited net asset value was 105.21p on Friday last week, including a 0.4583p dividend to be paid to shareholders at the end of June.

Shares in the company were up 1.3% at 109.38p on Wednesday morning.
