Ediston Property Delivers Monthly Dividend In Line With 2018

(Alliance News) - Ediston Property Investment Company PLC declared that it paid a dividend for the month of June equal to the amount paid in the same period in 2018.

The monthly dividend payment, priced at 0.4792 pence per share will give shareholders an annual dividend of 5.75p per share, in-line with the amount delivered in the financial year ended September 30.

In the financial 2018, the company increased its annual dividend payments by 4.5% to 5.75p from 5.5p in 2017.

The company said in December that "paying a progressive and sustainable monthly dividend remains a key investment objective for the company".

Ediston anticipates making a further payment in August for the month up to July 31.

Shares in Ediston were untraded at 96.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
