LONDON (Alliance News) - Edinburgh Investment Trust PLC said Monday it has appointed TruFin PLC senior independent non-executive director to its board.
Steve Baldwin joins Edinburgh Investment as a non-executive director with immediate effect. In addition to his role at TruFin, Baldwin is also a senior independent non-executive director at Plus500 Ltd and a trustee of Howard de Walden Estate Ltd.
Baldwin is a former Panmure Gordon & Co PLC non-executive director and former JPMorgan Cazenove director.
Shares in Edinburgh Investment Trust closed at 679.00 pence on Monday.
