EARNINGS AND TRADING: London Security annual profit and sales increase

Beacon Rise Holdings PLC - acquisition company - Enters into an advanced subscription agreement with an existing investor to raise GBP100,000. Proceeds will be used towards transaction fees associated with proposed acquisitions, as well as being applied towards the working capital commitments.

Ikigai Ventures Ltd - special purpose acquisition company focused on Asia and Europe - All resolutions proposed at extraordinary general meeting are passed, including special resolutions to dis-apply pre-emption rights, adopt the new articles and change the company name to Dotlines Global Ltd. As a result, the acquisitions of Dotlines (Guernsey) Ltd and Audra Solutions Ltd are expected to complete on Monday.

London Security PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based manufacturer of fire protection products - Reports pretax profit of GBP35.5 million in 2025 up from GBP29.7 million the year prior. Revenue grows to GBP244.3 million from GBP220.7 million, earnings per share is 194 pence, up from 177p. The dividend for the year drops to 97p per share from 122p. Says acquisitions are being sought throughout Europe and the group will invest at prices where an adequate return is envisaged by the board. Continues to believe that the group's well-established business model and solid financials provide a strong foundation to provide profitable growth and long-term shareholder returns. The conflict in the Middle East has no direct impact on the group but will lead to an increase in inflation and may affect business confidence and growth in our market, London Security says.

RentGuarantor Holdings PLC - London-based provider of rent guarantee services in the UK private rental sector - Announces that it has recently been subject to a global information systems security incident whereby a server hosted by a third-party provider has been compromised by a data breach. The incident has had no impact on RentGuarantor's operations with current trading activities and financial accounts unaffected. Additional safeguards have been taken to strengthen its systems and mitigate the risk of recurrence.

Built Cybernetics PLC - London-based company, focused on smart buildings - Raises GBP78,520 via retail offer at 1.5 pence per share.

essensys PLC - London-based software and cloud service provider to flexible workspace operators - essensys Bidco Ltd declares offer for essensys is now unconditional. As of Thursday says it has acceptances for 97% of essensys share capital.

Mayflower Acquisition Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based company formed with the purpose of undertaking an acquisition of a target company or business - Net income is USD4.6 million in the period from incorporation on October 21 to March 31 with no comparatives. Basic income per share is USD0.13. Continues to expect to acquire a controlling interest in a target company or business. May subsequently seek to raise further capital for the purposes of the acquisition.
