(Sharecast News) - DP Poland said on Monday that it has renewed its master franchise agreement with Domino's Pizza International Franchising, extending its exclusive rights to develop and operate the Domino's brand in Poland for another decade.
The AIM-traded firm said the renewal, effective from 1 September, extended the current agreement through to 31 August 2035 and included a further 10-year renewal option that could extend the term to 2045.
Under the agreement, DP Poland retained exclusive rights to operate Domino's stores across Poland, both directly and through sub-franchise partners.
The company also operates the Domino's brand in Croatia.
At 1006 BST, shares in DP Poland were up 3.03% at 8.5p.
