(Alliance News) - Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Stephen Yapp intends to retire from the board once his successor has been identified.
Yapp will continue to stand for re-election at the company's annual general meeting being held on Tuesday.
Shares in the investment trust were trading 2.1% lower at 68.50 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
