LONDON (Alliance News) - Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust PLC said Thursday it appointed Linda Bell as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Bell is currently chief executive officer of Mirico Ltd, a company commercialising laser spectroscopy into industrial applications.
Shares in the trust were trading down 0.7% at 90.36 pence each.
