LONDON (Alliance News) - DotDigital Group PLC said Tuesday it has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, amid a flurry of changes to its senior management team.
DotDigtal has appointed Milan Patel as CFO with immediate effect. He will also serve as an executive board director.
Patel joined dotMailer in 2007 and was appointed as company secretary of the Group in 2009, he holds a 0.14% interest in DotDigital.
The email marketing and software company said it has also made a number of senior management hires, including Peter Duffy as Senior Business Development Manager, and Chris Boddice as Marketing Director, joining from ODEON Cinemas.
Shares in DotDigital were trading up 0.40% at 31 pence per share Tuesday.
