DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Wife Of Fulcrum Utility Services CEO Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd Friday said Joanne Donnachie, wife of Chief Executive Officer Martin Donnachie, bought 160,223 shares at a price of 8.73 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Donnachie has a beneficial interest in 479,443 shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital.

Shares in the natural gas company were trading at 8.20 pence down 2.15 Friday.
