LONDON (Alliance News) - Van Elle Holdings PLC said Wednesday that Chief Executive Officer Jon Fenton sold his entire holding in the company ahead of leaving the firm on Friday.
Fenton sold all 5.6 million shares, representing 7.0% of the company, at 85 pence each for a total value of GBP4.7 million.
Fenton will step down from the board of the geotechnical contractor on Friday.
Van Elle shares closed at 92.00 pence, down 4.2%.
