LONDON (Alliance News) - Thalassa PLC said Tuesday that Chairman Duncan Soukup has gifted 500,000 shares in the company.
Following this transaction Soukup now holds a 24.6% interest in the company.
It didn't say who he gifted the shares to.
The geophysical project management services company's shares were trading up 1.20 pence at 253.7 pence Tuesday afternoon.
