Company says non-binding heads of terms have been signed with a potential buyer, and will be followed up by a binding sale & purchase agreement. Expects initial completion around the end of February, and will announce further details once the SPA has been executed. News follows proposed voluntary contribution by Soukup to Thalassa Holdings announced in mid-February last year.
