GB Group PLC - Identity data intelligence firm - Chair David Rasche buys 10,000 shares at 789.36 pence each for a total of around GBP79,000. Chief Financial Officer David Ward purchases 12,000 at same price for about GBP95,000. Finally, Managing Director Nick Brown buys 12,400 shares at 789.36p for GBP98,000 total.

System1 Group PLC - marketing and brand consultancy based in London - Founder and Executive President John Kearon sells 100,000 shares at a price of 320 pence each. After sale, Kearon holds 22% stake in the company.

Telecom Plus PLC - London-based supplier of gas, electricity and broadband to residences and businesses - Executive Chair Charles Wigoder and family trust the Wigoder Family Foundation, sell 2.5 million shares at a price of 1,450 pence per share, for a total of GBP36.3 million. The sale represents approximately 3.2% of the company's issued share capital.

Mondi PLC - Addlestone, England-based packaging and paper firm - Kate Powell, a person closely associated with Chief Financial Officer Mike Powell, buys 5,600 shares at GBP17.64 each for a total of GBP99,000.
