DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Roxi Petroleum Non-Executive Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Central Asian oil and gas company Roxi Petroleum PLC said on Tuesday Non-Executive Director Edmund Limerick bought shares in the company on June 29.

Limerick purchased 550,000 shares at 9.5 pence per share. Limerick's beneficial interest in the company now totals 1.1 million shares, with his wife also holding 605,000 shares. This represents 0.2% stake in the company.

Roxi Petroleum shares were up 2.7% to 10.52p on Tuesday.
