LONDON (Alliance News) - RockRose Energy PLC on Thursday said its Chief Financial Officer Steve Pawson bought GBP35,756 worth of shares in a transaction on Wednesday.
Pawson bought 9,772 shares at a price of 366.00 pence each. RockRose shares were trading at 365.88p each Thursday afternoon, down 1.4%.
The company did not say what holding Pawson had before the deal nor what his subsequent interest is.
