LONDON (Alliance News) - Quadrise Fuels International PLC said Raksha Thanawala, the wife of Finance Director Hemant Thanawala, Tuesday sold 500,000 shares in the company at 30.4 pence per share.
The finance director's beneficial holdings now amounts to 8.9 million shares, or 1.15% of the company's issued share capital.
Quadrise shares Tuesday closed at 31.25 pence, up 12.11%.
