LONDON (Alliance News) - Proton Power Systems PLC Thursday said Business Development Director Thomas Melczer sold 300,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 6.25 pence per new ordinary share pursuant to the exercise of options.
The stock was trading at 6.75 pence down 3.6% Thursday.
