LONDON (Alliance News) - Phaunos Timber Fund Ltd on Thursday said Chairman Henry Studholme bought 32,500 shares at USD0.415 each on Wednesday.
Following the transaction, Studholme holds 499,750 shares in Phaunos, or a 0.091% stake, the company said.
Shares in Phaunos were down 0.7% at USD0.405 on Thursday.
