LONDON (Alliance News) - Northgate PLC said the spouse of Chief Executive Robert Contreras bought 6,000 shares at a price of 337.68 pence last Friday.
Following this purchase Contreras has an interest in 248,776 shares, or a less than 1.0% stake in the company.
Shares in Northgate were down 0.2% at 338.80 pence Monday.
