LONDON (Alliance News) - Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd said Monday that Chairman Jacques Vaillancourt bought 450,000 shares in the company on Friday.
Vaillancourt acquired the shares at 5.46 pence each for GBP24,570. Following this transaction, he owns 6.7 million shares or 19.02% of the firm.
Mineral & Financial shares were trading up 12% at 6.90p.
