DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Micro Focus chair and new CFO buy shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Micro Focus International PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based enterprise software firm - Chair Greg Lock buys 300,000 shares at 348.10 pence, worth GBP1.0 million, on Friday last week. Lock and his wife now have 835,000 shares in total. Chief Financial Officer Matthew Ashley and wife Charlotte buy 43,280 shares in total at 346.58p, worth GBP150,000, also on Friday. The purchase is their only holding. Ashley joined Micro Focus in late June from bookmaker William Hill.

Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach buys 75,671 shares via Gemsstock Ltd at GBP15.54 and GBP15.56 each, worth GBP1.2 million, on Thursday last week. Breach has bought more than GBP6 million in Bank of Georgia shares since the end of November.

Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - gold miner in Armenia and mine developer in Kyrgyz Republic - Chair Martin Andersson buys 5.5 million shares via Labro Investments Ltd at 19.00p, worth GBP1.1 million, on Thursday and Friday. Andersson now is interested in 310.9 million shares directly and via Labro, a 45.1% stake. He also is interested in a 2.9% stake via financial instruments, meaning his total voting rights are 48.0%.

Anglo Pacific Group PLC - natural resources royalty and streaming - Chief Executive Officer Julian Treger sells 650,000 shares via Kings Chapel International Ltd at average 129.19p, worth GBP839,735, on Monday through Friday last week. Treger retains 3.1 million shares, a 1.8% stake. Non-Executive Chair Patrick Meier buys 100,775 shares at 129.00p, worth GBP130,000, on Friday. He now has 437,006 shares.

Impax Asset Management Group PLC - London-based investor focused on transition to environmentally sustainable economy - Chief Executive Ian Simm and Chief Financial Officer Charlie Ridge each sell 20,000 shares at 1,339p, together worth GBP535,960, on Friday. Impax says the disposals were partly to pay tax liabilities arising from the vesting of share awards.
