LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Kate Bolsover acquired 72 shares at a price of GBP2.4937 per share June 16 as part of a dividend reinvestment plan, she now holds 11,397 shares.
Shares in the trust were up 1.2% at 207.41 pence Tuesday.
