LONDON (Alliance News) - James Halstead PLC said Finance Director Gordon Oliver and a person closely associated with him acquired and sold shares in the flooring products manufacturer, in three separate transactions on Monday.
Gordon Oliver purchased 4,000 shares at a price of 455 pence each, worth GBP18,200, while Susan Podesta-Oliver sold 8,000 at 455p each, totalling GBP36,400.
She also bought 4,000 shares at the same price in another deal, worth GBP18,200.
James Halstead shares were trading 3.1% higher on Monday at 469.00p each.
