LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish Continental Group PLC Tuesday said that Chief Executive Officer Eamonn Rothwell sold 50,000 shares at a price of EUR30.85 on April 3 and 200,000 shares at EUR32.00 per share on April 7.
Rothwell holds a direct shareholding of 5.2% in the company, with a total of 954,431 shares, as well as 1.8 million shares held by Rokeby Investments Ltd, a company he wholly owns and controls.
Shares in the Irish shipping and transports group were untraded at EUR30.8 per share Tuesday afternoon.
