DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Intercede Chairman Buys 12,025 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Intercede Group PLC Thursday said Executive Chairman Richard Parris bought 12,025 shares at a price of 195 pence per share for his self-invested personal pension Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Parris holds 5.6 million shares, which represents 11.6% of Intercede's issued share capital.

Shares in the software company were down 1.3% at 192.00pThursday.
