LONDON (Alliance News) - IndigoVision Group PLC said that Chair Max Thowless-Reeves purchased shares in the company over two transactions.
On Monday, Thowless-Reeves acquired 24,980 shares at a price of GBP1.35 per share.
On Tuesday, 5,020 shares were bought for GBP1.42 each.
Following these transactions, Thowless-Reeves now holds 127,383 shares in total, reflecting a 1.7% interest in the company.
Shares in the surveillance systems provider closed flat at 135.00 pence on Tuesday.
