LONDON (Alliance News) - Henderson International Income Trust PLC said Wednesday that Chairman Christopher Jonas had bought 678 shares through a dividend reinvestment at 114.6 pence May 2 into Alliance Trust.
Jonas holds 58,918 shares in the company. Alliance Trust holds 53,459 shares.
Shares in Henderson International closed up 0.3% at 112.75 pence Wednesday.
