LONDON (Alliance News) - Life insurer Hansard Global PLC Wednesday said Chairman Leonard Polonsky transferred 5 million shares at no cost as a gift to Marc Polonsky Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Leonard Polonsky holds 51.8 million shares, which represents a 37.70% stake in the firm.
Shares were down 0.7% at 94.38 pence Wednesday.
