LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Monday said Moncef Slaoui, a divisional chairman, and connected person K Slaoui, bought 5 American Depositary Shares under the GSK 401K plan at a price of USD51.76 per ADS.

Glaxo shares were trading at USD51.89, up 0.2%, Monday.
