LONDON (Alliance News) - Formation Group PLC said Noel O'Carroll, managing director, bought 100,000 shares at a price of 6 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, O'Carroll now holds 1.4 million shares, which represents 0.64% stake in the firm.
The stock was up 0.4% at 5.90p Tuesday.
