LONDON (Alliance News) - Focusrite PLC said Tuesday executives Damian Hawley and Giles Orford sold shares in the company on Friday.
Orford, who is the company's marketing director, sold 216,000 shares at 475.00 pence for GBP1.00 million.
Hawley, Focusrite's director of global marketing & sales, sold 125,000 shares at the same price for a total of GBP593,750.
Shares in the audio software and hardware company were trading at 484.00 pence, up by 0.7%.
