LONDON (Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Brid Horan bought 3,000 shares at a price of EUR11.485 per share Friday.
The purchase represents Horan's only holding in the company.
The stock was trading 0.1% lower at EUR11.44 Monday morning.
