LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Investment Trust PLC said on Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Jeffrey Hewitt purchased around GBP19,858 in stock in his spouse's name on Friday last week.
Hewitt acquired 2,910 shares at a price of 682.39 pence. It has not been disclosed how many shares Hewitt now holds.
Shares in the investment trust closed 0.6% higher at 697.00 pence on Tuesday.
