LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Investment Trust PLC on Thursday said that Non-Executive Director Francesca Ecsery acquired 7,000 shares in the name of her spouse.
On April 8, Ecsery bought the shares at 706.54 pence each for a total of GBP49,420.
Her total holding in the company following the acquisition was not disclosed.
F&C Investment Trust shares were trading down 0.3% at 692.99p each.
