LONDON (Alliance News) - Electra Private Equity PLC said Non-Executive Director David Lis bought 2,500 shares in the private equity investor on Tuesday.
Lis bought 1,500 shares at 3,761.2133 pence per share and 1,000 shares at 3,740 pence per share.
The stock was up 0.7% at 3,751.00p Tuesday.
