(Alliance News) - Ediston Property Investment Co PLC on Tuesday said that Daniel O'Neill bought GBP435,000 worth of shares in a transaction on Monday.
O'Neill is chief executive of Ediston Properties Ltd, the company's investment manager.
O'Neill purchased 500,000 shares at GBP0.87 pence each. Following the transaction, he owns 858,442 shares, representing 0.5% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Ediston Property were up 1.1% at 87.38 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
