LONDON (Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Bob Laslett sold 100,000 shares at a price of 70.0 pence per share on February 26.
After the sale Laslett now holds 110,000 shares, or 0.4% of the shares in issue.
Shares in the construction consultancy were up 1.1% at 46.00p on Tuesday.
