(Alliance News) - Diversified Gas & Oil PLC on Wednesday said that Chief Executive Rusty Hutson, Chief Financial Officer Eric Williams, and Chief Operating Officer & Finance Director Brad Gray bought company shares in transactions on Tuesday.
The stock closed 0.7% lower at 91.60 pence each on Wednesday in London.
Hutson purchased 160,000 shares at 91.26p each for a total of GBP146,016, thereby increasing his holding to 20.5 million shares, reflecting 3.2% of the company's issued share capital.
Williams purchased 15,000 shares at 91.21p each totalling GBP13,681 thereby increasing his holding to 2.3 million shares, reflecting 0.4% of the company's issued share capital.
Gray also acquired 15,000 shares at 91.26p per share for a total of GBP13,689 increasing his holding to 92,717 shares, reflecting 0.01% of Diversified Gas & Oil's issued share capital.
