LONDON (Alliance News) - Countrywide PLC said on Thursday Rupert Galvin, a non-executive director, had purchased 3,000 shares in the company on Thursday, taking his stake to 0.004%.
Countrywide said Galvin purchased the shares for 344.50 pence per share, adding he now held 9,5000 shares in the company.
Countrywide shares closed down 3.2% at 330.20 pence on Thursday.
