(Alliance News) - ContourGlobal PLC said Monday that its Chief Executive Officer, Non-Executive Director and a closely associated person have bought shares in the company.
On Friday, Chief Executive Joseph Brandt purchased 47,400 shares at a price of 165.51 pence per share, worth GBP78,450 in total.
Non-Executive Director Linda Heggs acquired 7,715 shares for 166.595 pence each, at a total of GBP12,850.
Anthony Heggs, a person closely associated with Heggs, purchased 17,285 shares at a price of 167.9p per share, for a total of GBP29,020.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Brandt or the Heggs now hold overall after the transactions.
Shares in the FTSE 250 power generation group were up 0.1% at 166.80 pence on Monday.
