LONDON (Alliance News) - Condor Gold PLC Wednesday said Chairman Mark Child bought 30,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 57 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Child holds 3.9 million shares, which represents 8.55% of the total share capital.
Shares in the gold miner were trading up 1.9% at 58.60p Tuesday morning.
