DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Centrica CEO, CFO And Parter Buy Shares

(Alliance News) - Centrica PLC said Tuesday its chief executive and chief financial officer, and a person closely associated with the finance chief, acquired a combined GBP123,816 worth of shares in the company.

On Monday, Chief Executive Iain Conn acquired 100,000 shares in the British Gas parent at 65.17 pence each, for a total of GBP65,170.

Conn's resultant holding in the company was not declared. In February, he purchased around GBP123,100 in stock.

Centrica's CFO Christopher O'Shea bought 42,750 shares at 65.516p, for a total of GBP28,008. A person closely associated with the CFO, Stacey O'Shea, acquired 46,750 shares at 65.536p, for a total of GBP30,638.

Last November, the two O'Shea's bought a combined 19,000 shares for about GBP25,000.

Shares in Centrica closed 2.1% lower in London on Tuesday at 64.88p each.
