Caretech Holdings PLC - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire-based social care and education services in UK - Sheikh Ventures Ltd, wholly owned by Sheikh Holdings Group (Investments) Ltd, buys 63,000 shares at 473 pence, worth GBP297,990, on Wednesday. Sheikh Holdings is owned by the Sheikh family, including Executive Chair Farouq Sheikh and Chief Executive Officer Haroon Sheikh. Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh now interested in 12.9 million shares, an 11.4% stake, mostly via Sheikh Holdings and Westminster Holdings Ltd. Sheikh Ventures also enters a share pledge arrangement involving 690,000 Caretech shares.
