LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital & Regional PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Tony Hales bought 100,001 shares at a price of 67 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Hales' holding is 500,000 shares.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were down 0.4% at 66.75p Friday.
