LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital & Regional PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Tony Hales bought 10,000 shares at a price of 66.50 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Hales' beneficial holding following this transaction is 399,999 shares.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were up 0.8% at 66.50p Thursday.
