DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BT Executives Acquire, Sell Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - BT Group PLC Monday said a group of executives, including Chief Executive Officer Gavin Patterson, acquired and sold shares at a price of 381.45 pence per share under the company share plan Friday.

Details are as follows.

Patterson acquired 270,977 shares and sold 127,614 shares. He now holds 2.1 million shares.

Tony Chanmugam acquired 253,604 shares and sold 119,433 shares. He holds 953,449 shares.

Luis Alvarez acquired 100,181 shares and sold 26,736 shares. He holds 347,467 shares.

John Petter acquired 86,546 shares and sold 40,758 shares and an additional 21,322 shares. He holds 122,359 shares.

Clive Selley acquired 70,999 shares and sold 33,437 shares. He holds 300,872 shares.

Nigel Stagg acquired 78,678 shares and sold 37,053 shares. He holds 379,969 shares.

Graham Sutherland acquired 65,357 and sold 30,780 shares. He holds 140,609 shares.

Shares were down 0.8% at 378.95 pence late Monday.
