LONDON (Alliance News) - Venture capital firm BP Marsh & Partners PLC said Non-Executive Director Campbell Scoone sold 10,000 shares at an average price of 284 pence per share in two transactions on Tuesday and Thursday.
Scoone sold 5,000 shares at 286p each on Tuesday and 5,000 on Thursday for 282p each, bringing the total to GBP28,400 for all 10,000 shares.
Following the transaction, Scoone now holds a direct beneficial interest in 43,798 shares in BP Marsh reflecting a 0.12% stake in the company.
On Thursday, BP Marsh said it was pleased with the progress of its portfolio in 2018 and declared a 4.76p per share dividend. As at January 31 the company's cash balance stood at GBP7.9 million, GBP6.6 million of which was uncommitted pre-dividend.
Shares in BP Marsh were untraded at 285.00p on Friday afternoon.
