DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BP Executives, Directors Acquire Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC Monday said that the following executive directors and directors acquired shares at a price of GBP5.009 per share through the company's ShareMatch UK Plan.

Executive Director Iain Conn, General Counsel Rupert Bondy, and Chief Financial Officer Brian Gilvary acquired 63 shares each.

The company also said that executive vice president and group chief of staff, Dev Sanyal, and chief operating officer of production, Bernard Looney, each acquired 63 shares.

Shares in the oil and gas giant were trading up 0.4% at 503.00 pence Monday afternoon.
